This suction hose is designed for maximum flexibility, offering a 24% tighter bend radius than competitors. Its clear PVC construction allows for easy visual monitoring of water flow, while high UV inhibitors ensure durability. The aircraft aluminum couplings are hard-coated to military-grade specifications for abrasion resistance and long life, featuring all-metal segment collars and roller bearings—no plastic components. The beveled segment edges allow for smooth loading into hose chutes, and couplings can be removed in the field using a standard Allen wrench. Made in the U.S.A., this 6-inch suction hose with Storz couplings is available in 10-foot lengths, with custom lengths available upon request.
Aircraft aluminum # 6061-T couplings hard coated to Military spec Type lll specification for added abrasion resistance and long life. Beveled segment edges for easy loading into hose chutes. All metal segment collars secure coupling to hose – no plastic. All metal roller bearings in swivels – no plastic. Couplings and Hose are made in the U.S.A.
Suction hose length is measured from end of the couplings to the end of the couplings. Our 10ft. lengths are therefore 10 ft. end to end. If special length, longer or shorter is required, please call our office to confirm. This hose is for “suction” purposes only.
